Mercedes-Benz AC Repair in Dubai
AC diagnosis, leak repair, compressor and gas recharge for Mercedes-Benz at our DIP 2 workshop.
Overview
Mercedes-Benz air-conditioning works at its limit in a Dubai summer. We test system pressures and vent temperatures, find leaks with dye or a nitrogen test, and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators and climate-control faults on C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, GLC, GLE, GLS and G-Class models.

Common jobs
What we see on Mercedes cars
Compressor faults
Noisy compressors or weak cooling are often caused by a failing compressor or its control valve. We confirm this with pressure readings before replacing anything.
Evaporator leaks
An evaporator leak behind the dashboard causes slow gas loss. It is a bigger job, so we prove the leak first with a dye or sniffer test.
Condenser damage
The condenser sits at the front of the car and is easily damaged by stones and sand. A blocked or leaking condenser causes poor cooling in traffic.
Climate-control flaps and sensors
Air blowing from the wrong vents or one side warmer than the other usually points to a flap motor or temperature sensor, which we diagnose with software.
Signs to watch for
- AC blows warm or only cools while driving
- Cooling gets weaker through the day
- Clicking, grinding or squealing when the AC is on
- Musty smell from the vents
- Water inside the cabin footwell
- Weak airflow even on the highest fan speed
How we do it
Test the system
We measure vent temperature and high/low side pressures to see how the system is performing.
Find the real cause
Low gas means a leak somewhere, so we find it instead of just topping up and sending you away.
Repair and evacuate
Faulty parts are replaced and the system is vacuumed to remove moisture.
Recharge and verify
We charge the exact amount of gas and oil, then confirm cold vent temperatures.
FAQ
Common questions
Why does my Mercedes AC blow warm air at idle?
Common causes are low gas from a leak, a blocked condenser or a cooling fan that is not running. We test each one.
Do you handle R1234yf gas on newer Mercedes models?
Yes. Newer models use R1234yf, and we charge the exact quantity specified for the car.
