Overview
We repair BMW air-conditioning on all series and X models. We measure pressures and vent temperatures, find leaks, and repair compressors, condensers, expansion valves and the electric auxiliary fan, which is critical for cooling in Dubai traffic.

Common jobs
What we see on BMW cars
Electric fan
If the auxiliary fan fails, AC cooling drops at idle and the engine can overheat. We test fan operation and its control.
Compressor and control valve
Variable compressors can lose output through their control valve. We confirm with pressure readings before replacing the compressor.
Condenser leaks
Front-mounted condensers collect sand and get damaged by stones, causing slow leaks and poor cooling.
Blend flaps and IHKA panel
Uneven temperatures between sides are often a flap motor or sensor fault in the climate system.
Signs to watch for
- AC blows warm or only cools while driving
- Cooling gets weaker through the day
- Clicking, grinding or squealing when the AC is on
- Musty smell from the vents
- Water inside the cabin footwell
- Weak airflow even on the highest fan speed
How we do it
Test the system
We measure vent temperature and high/low side pressures to see how the system is performing.
Find the real cause
Low gas means a leak somewhere, so we find it instead of just topping up and sending you away.
Repair and evacuate
Faulty parts are replaced and the system is vacuumed to remove moisture.
Recharge and verify
We charge the exact amount of gas and oil, then confirm cold vent temperatures.
FAQ
Common questions
Why does my BMW AC stop cooling in traffic?
Usually the electric fan, a blocked condenser or low gas from a leak. We test all three.
Do you recharge R1234yf on newer BMWs?
Yes, to the exact quantity specified for the car.
