Advice for Cadillac owners in Dubai. An Escalade's big AC system and V8 work hard in summer traffic. Have the condenser, fans and coolant checked before the hottest months.
Owner's guide
What to know about your Cadillac
Magnetic Ride Control
Cadillac's Magnetic Ride shocks use a magnetically controlled fluid to change damping in milliseconds. A leaking shock gives a suspension message and must be replaced, not refilled.
Screens and software
Cadillac infotainment and instrument screens rely on software updates; many glitches are fixed without replacing hardware.
Shares parts with GMC and Chevrolet
The Escalade shares its V8, gearbox and platform with the Yukon and Tahoe, which helps with parts options.
Repairs
Common Cadillac problems we fix
Magnetic Ride Control
Leaking or faulty Magnetic Ride shocks cause a harsh or floaty ride and a suspension message. We test each corner and replace only what has failed.
Escalade air suspension
Escalades with Air Ride can sit low after parking or show a suspension warning. Air springs, the compressor and height sensors are checked.
Infotainment and screens
Older CUE touchscreens can crack or stop responding, and newer curved screens need correct software. We diagnose before replacing.
V8 lifters and misfires
The Escalade's 6.2-litre V8 can develop lifter faults like other GM V8s; early diagnosis keeps the repair smaller.
