What brands do you service?
We specialise in German and luxury cars, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, MINI, Range Rover, Bentley and Rolls-Royce, and we also service Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Ford, Chevrolet and other makes.
Do you service brands other than German cars?
Yes. Alongside Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche and Range Rover, we service Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, Jaguar, Lexus, Infiniti, Tesla, Ford, Volvo, Toyota and Nissan, including the Nissan Patrol.
Where are you located in Dubai?
Warehouse 44, Building 2, Street 74, Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2), Dubai, UAE. It is easy to reach from Jebel Ali, Dubai South, Al Furjan and Discovery Gardens.
What are your operating hours?
Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Booking, pickup and timing
How do I book an appointment?
Call us on +971 58 821 2219, WhatsApp +971 52 296 5483, email partinnautoservicegarage@gmail.com or use the quote form on the homepage. We confirm the time with you by phone or WhatsApp.
How long does a typical service take?
It depends on the work. A basic oil change usually takes under an hour, while bigger repairs can take several hours or days. We give you an estimated completion time when you bring the car in.
Do you provide pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off are free anywhere in Dubai when your invoice is AED 1,500 or more. For smaller jobs, contact us on WhatsApp and we will quote a pickup fee.
Do you provide vehicle recovery?
Yes. Recovery anywhere in Dubai is free on invoices of AED 1,500 or more. If your car breaks down, call +971 58 821 2219 or WhatsApp +971 52 296 5483 during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–10 PM). For smaller jobs, ask us for a recovery quote.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
We work during regular business hours, but call us on +971 58 821 2219 and we will do our best to fit in urgent repairs.

Parts and payment
Do you use genuine parts?
We use genuine or quality OEM-equivalent parts, and fluids that meet your car maker's specification. We explain the options and prices before any work starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Payment is due when the work is complete unless agreed otherwise in advance.
How much does an oil change cost?
Our oil change offer starts from AED 99. The final price depends on the oil specification and capacity of your engine.
