Advice for Dubai drivers. In 45°C summers a car AC works at its limit all day. A small leak or a dirty condenser that would go unnoticed in a cooler country makes a big difference here. A check before summer, and a clean cabin filter, keep cooling strong and protect the compressor.
What's included
- AC performance test: vent temperature and system pressures
- Leak detection with UV dye or nitrogen pressure test
- AC gas recharge to the manufacturer's exact quantity
- Compressor, condenser, evaporator and expansion-valve replacement
- Cabin (pollen) filter replacement
- Blower motor, resistor and radiator fan repairs
- Climate-control panel and flap motor diagnosis
Signs you need it
- AC blows warm or only cools while driving
- Cooling gets weaker through the day
- Clicking, grinding or squealing when the AC is on
- Musty smell from the vents
- Water inside the cabin footwell
- Weak airflow even on the highest fan speed
How it works
From diagnosis to handover
Test the system
We measure vent temperature and high/low side pressures to see how the system is performing.
Find the real cause
Low gas means a leak somewhere, so we find it instead of just topping up and sending you away.
Repair and evacuate
Faulty parts are replaced and the system is vacuumed to remove moisture.
Recharge and verify
We charge the exact amount of gas and oil, then confirm cold vent temperatures.
FAQ
Common questions
Why does my car AC stop cooling?
The most common causes are a refrigerant leak, a failing compressor or clutch, a blocked or damaged condenser, or a cooling fan that is not working. A proper test finds which one.
Is an AC gas refill enough?
Only if the system has no leak. Gas does not get used up, so if it is low there is a leak. We find and fix it so the cooling lasts.
How long does a car AC repair take?
A test and recharge can often be done the same day. Compressor or evaporator replacement can take longer, depending on parts availability.
Do you repair AC on German cars?
Yes, including newer cars that use R1234yf gas.
