Overview
We carry out Mercedes-Benz Service A and Service B at our DIP 2 workshop, following the ASSYST service indicator and the Mercedes schedule for your model. We use oil approved to the correct MB sheet for your engine (229.5, 229.51 or 229.52) and reset the service indicator with diagnostic software.

Common jobs
What we see on Mercedes cars
Service A
Engine oil and filter, fluid checks and top-ups, brake inspection, tyre check and a road test. Due roughly every year or at the interval shown on the dashboard.
Service B
Everything in Service A plus the cabin (dust) filter, brake fluid replacement and a more detailed inspection of the underbody, steering and suspension.
Additional items
Air filter, spark plugs, gearbox oil and coolant are due at set mileages. We tell you which ones your car actually needs instead of adding them by default.
ASSYST reset
The service reminder is reset with diagnostic software, and any stored fault codes are read while the car is connected.

- Service light or oil warning on the dashboard

How we do it
Check the car and its history
We read your service book or the car's service data to see what is due, so you only pay for what the car needs.
Drain, replace and refill
Old oil and filter come out, the correct oil and a quality filter go in, and the level is set precisely.
Multi-point inspection
Brakes, tyres, battery, fluids, belts and leaks are checked while the car is on the lift.
Reset and report
We reset the service indicator and tell you clearly what is fine, what to watch and what (if anything) needs work.

Common questions
What is the difference between Mercedes Service A and Service B?
Service A is the smaller service: oil, filter and safety checks. Service B adds the cabin filter, brake fluid and a deeper inspection. They usually alternate each year.
How often should a Mercedes be serviced in Dubai?
Follow the ASSYST indicator, but heat and traffic count as severe use. Many owners in Dubai service every 10,000 km or once a year, whichever comes first.
